How the Reservation Process Works
We’ve made the process simple and supportive from start to finish.
1. Browse Available Puppies
Take your time looking through our current puppies if available, and read each listing carefully. If none are available, click on the waiting list.
2. Reserve with a Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $250 secures your puppy and marks them as reserved for your family. The deposit is applied toward the total price. Being on the waiting list is free.
3. Pickup or meet halfway
Families are welcome to pick up locally in Northeast Alabama, or we can help by meeting halfway from where you live.
FaceTime Puppy Visits
Can’t visit in person? We’re happy to schedule a FaceTime call so you can meet your puppy virtually.
FaceTime calls are available for families who are interested in reserving a puppy and allow you to:
See your puppy’s personality
Ask questions in real time
Feel confident before reserving
